In the manufacturing industry, workforce development is a major priority, and your business’s success depends on your ability to attract and retain quality workers. That’s why having a competitive benefits package for your employees is essential. Our Springfield team has specialized experience with designing and executing employee benefits programs for manufacturing businesses of all sizes.
In partnership with the Missouri Association of Manufacturers, we assisted in the redesign of the association’s health plan, MAM HEALTHSOURCE. Through this program, our team partners with manufacturers to analyze and implement the employee benefit strategies that best meet their needs.

Schools, cities, counties and tax districts are unique entities that require special care and public sector-specific insurance policies. Our team of professionals works with public entities day-in and day-out and understands the challenges these entities face – and the coverage needed to keep them protected. We offer a range of coverage options, including general liability, student accident and public official liability, to public entities like cities, counties, water and sewer districts, public schools, CIDs and special tax districts, fire and ambulance districts, public animal shelters, libraries and public health departments – just to name a few.
Community health centers, community action agencies, behavioral health centers and other nonprofit or community organizations are often working with limited resources and strict spending guidelines. Good stewardship and transparency are crucial, and our not-for-profit and social services consultants understand this. Our team has the expertise and experience to analyze your current coverage, identify waste and find opportunities for savings.
From malpractice protection to government funding compliance, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Look-Alikes (LALs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs) are unique entities that require specialized insurance knowledge. Your community health organization needs a brokerage that understands your day-to-day challenges, risks and coverage needs. Our team of professionals has relationships with not only traditional regional insurance markets, but also national carriers, to help supply the lines of coverage that your FQHC, LAL or CHC needs.
As a manufacturer, you need coverage that’s as specialized as the products your operation produces. Whether you’re working with wood, metals or plastics and forming, forging, injecting, engraving or casting, there are numerous risks associated with manufacturing activities. In addition to our specialized experience with placing coverage for community health organizations, public entities and manufacturing companies, our team has the know-how to help agribusinesses, real estate and habitational companies, contractors, construction companies, financial institutions and banks, entertainment operations and trucking companies, among others.
