Mary Russell manages Higginbotham’s Private Client, personal lines and farm and ranch department accounts, overseeing approximately 20,000 individual customers. She also serves on the firm’s board of directors and regional partner helping lead the North Texas operations.
She joined Higginbotham in 1990 after working for 5 years at American General Insurance as a claims representative. Mary has been recognized by several insurance carrier’s with awards, Safeco’s Personal Achievement Award, Travelers’ Personal Insurance Agent of the Year in 2013 and then in 2016 the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA) honored her with the JoAnn Heltibridle Award in honor of being a distinguished insurance professional with Private Clients.
Mary has earned CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), and CPRIA (Certified Private Risk Insurance Advisor) designations.
Trevor Russell is the practice leader for Higginbotham’s Farm and Ranch division.
He holds an Agriculture Farm Insurance Specialist designation and has over eight years of experience helping insure commercial farms and ranches, hobby farms, hunting ranches and countless other agricultural operations.
Passionate about agriculture from a young age, Trevor was heavily involved in his High School’s FFA programs. He is highly experienced with high net worth/high profile clients (athletes, CEOs and entertainers).
