Dennis Weyenberg, Managing Director in our Atlanta office, was acquired by Higginbotham in 2018, offering on-premise HR solutions for clients looking to outsource/insource Human Resources. Dennis began his career in the HR industry in 1987, providing on-premise recruiting solutions to Fortune 500 companies and PEO services for small to medium-sized organizations.
In 2001, he created Resource Alliance, LLC (REAL-HR) based on the need of his current client base requiring more flexibility/HR options than a PEO
This option provides clients with a team approach with specialists in all aspects of HR – overseeing compliance while streamlining processes. Dennis is a University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is also an Atlanta City Advisory Board member for Shelters to Shutters.
