Adam Renfroe

Adam, a Managing Partner, oversees Higginbotham’s operations across Texas. In this leadership role, he plays a vital role in shaping the firm’s culture, setting strategic goals and driving revenue for property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, administration and staffing.

His extensive client base spans several industries: construction, oil and gas, street and road, heavy civil contractors, transportation and real estate. He provides them with risk management, property and casualty coverage and consulting services.

With his vast experience in workers’ compensation, general liability, commercial property and business auto coverage, Adam designs and implements tailored risk management programs that deliver competitive solutions to contractors and other industry clients.

Before joining Higginbotham, Adam spent nearly two years at Insurica working in commercial insurance. Since 2018, he has steadily advanced in leadership roles at Higginbotham, where he continues to shape the firm’s growth and success across Texas.

A proud West Point graduate and former Army Ranger, Adam spent more than five years in active duty and lettered all four years on the West Point golf team. As co-leader of Higginbotham in Texas, Adam combines his strategic vision and hands-on expertise to drive exceptional service, growth and innovation across the entire state.
