Bruce Ferguson

Bruce Ferguson leads sales and insurance operations, including client, carrier and claims management, for Higginbotham’s Louisville office. He works with businesses across multiple industries, including heavy manufacturing, technology and life sciences, commercial construction, education, financial institutions, nonprofit organizations and habitational placements.

Bruce’s expertise includes liability, workers’ compensation solutions, risk management strategies, loss control solutions and alternative loss funding like captives, large deductibles and self-insurance. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) designation.

Before joining Higginbotham, Bruce served in various leadership roles at The Underwriters Group. His steadfast commitment to excellent service helps him to build strong and lasting relationships among his team and his customers.
