Lee Gorman

With a thoughtful and service-minded approach, Lee Gorman advises nonprofits, churches and faith-based organizations on risk management and insurance solutions. He is committed to helping mission-driven organizations protect what they have built, steward their resources wisely and remain focused on the communities they serve. Lee values long-term partnership and works to serve as an extension of his clients’ teams, offering guidance that supports both organizational stability and mission success.

A Baylor University graduate, Lee’s connection to the nonprofit and church space extends well beyond his professional role. Since 2018, he has volunteered with The NET, a Fort Worth-based anti-trafficking nonprofit, and that involvement has deepened his respect for and understanding of the challenges nonprofit leaders face.

Lee lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Remi, and their two children, Gus and Miller Mae. They attend The Paradox Church and are grateful to stay closely connected to the church and nonprofit community both personally and professionally.
