Jill Webb

Jill Webb is the office leader for business insurance at Higginbotham’s Colorado Springs and Lakewood offices. With more than 17 years of experience in financial services and risk management, she partners with business owners and C-suite leaders to design strategic insurance programs that evolve as businesses grow. Jill specializes in advising complex, high-growth organizations to help them navigate change with confidence. She also serves as a business risk manager and continues to actively grow her client base.

Curious and relentlessly client-focused, Jill is always looking for ways to improve the client experience, especially in volatile markets where strong guidance matters most. At Higginbotham, she is backed by a deep bench of professionals providing year-round, 360-degree support – from claims advocacy and compliance to risk analytics and pre-loss engineering – turning risk management into a value driver rather than an expense.

Jill joined Higginbotham in 2023. Her client experience spans a wide range of industries, including construction, health care management, hospitality, gaming and nonprofits, giving her a practical understanding of the distinct risks different businesses face. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, serves on the board of the Colorado Springs Housing & Building Association and has been a member of Vistage International since 2018.

Before entering the insurance industry, Jill built her career as a management recruiter, helping businesses identify rare, high-impact talent. That background continues to serve her well as she assembles the right resources and builds lasting, trust-based relationships. Originally from Colorado Springs, Jill has also lived in Alabama and Nevada and values the diverse perspectives those experiences have shaped. Outside of work, she enjoys time on the golf course, working out, traveling with loved ones or unwinding with a good book.
