Blake Krause

Blake Krause is an employee benefits associate at Higginbotham, where he helps organizations design and manage benefits programs that improve employee well-being while controlling costs.

Blake and his team focus on three key areas: compliance, communication and cost management. They take a proactive approach to helping employers stay aligned with evolving regulatory requirements, keeping employees informed year-round and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights so clients can make smarter benefits decisions.

Before joining Higginbotham in 2024, Blake was a group sales consultant at Guardian. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia in 2016.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Blake enjoys playing in a backyard party band with his friends, as well as golfing and tennis. He is actively involved in his community, supporting the Touchdown Club of Dallas, a nonprofit organization that raises funds to benefit the Ashford Rise School of Dallas.
