Chance McCoy

Chance McCoy is a property and casualty insurance associate specializing in serving clients in the energy and oil and gas industries. He partners with business leaders to identify risk, protect assets and design insurance strategies that support growth and stability.

Before joining Higginbotham in 2025, Chance spent over five years as Executive Vice President at Embark Consulting, where he gained valuable experience in leading teams, driving operational growth and helping clients navigate complex challenges. His leadership background and experience make him a trusted advisor for organizations with specialized and evolving needs.

Chance graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2011, earning a bachelor’s degree while competing in football and track and field. He and his wife, Kristyn, live in Fort Worth with their three children, Rhett, Reese and Ryan.
