Stephanie Johns

Stephanie Johns is a Managing Director and Specialty Practice Leader for National Franchise Programs at Higginbotham. She has over 25 years of experience in the franchise insurance space and joined the firm in 2020 through a partnership with Lipscomb & Pitts.

Stephanie specializes in collaborating with franchisors to develop insurance contracts and establish compliance requirements for franchisees. She negotiates with insurance carriers to secure specialized rates, tailored coverages and underwriting exceptions that meet the unique needs of franchisees and franchisors. By leveraging automation where possible, she helps simplify the insurance purchasing and servicing process, making it more efficient for her clients.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Stephanie is an active leader in her community, serving as chairperson for Briarcrest Cares Ministry. She is also a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA).
