Rob Marsh

Rob Marsh brings extensive experience in employee benefits consulting and a strong background in business leadership to Higginbotham. He specializes in helping businesses design, implement and manage customized employee benefit programs, delivering expertise in market analysis, plan design, cost-benefit evaluation, insurer negotiations, employee communications and claims assistance. Rob strives to reduce costs while maximizing the value of his clients’ benefits and regularly conducts program reviews and benchmarking to ensure ongoing success and alignment with long-term objectives.

Before joining Higginbotham, Rob was a sales executive at Procter & Gamble, where he developed a strategic approach to business development and client relationship management. His experience there laid the foundation for his consultative approach to client service, which prioritizes proactive problem-solving and delivering solutions that align with clients’ unique needs.

Rooted in a philosophy of empathy, professionalism and integrity, Rob aims to exceed client expectations at every step. By anticipating challenges and offering innovative, tailored solutions, he fosters long-term partnerships that help generate mutual success.

Outside of work, Rob is an active member of the Cigna National Broker Advisory Council and the EMI Emerald Club. A proud Baylor University graduate, Rob is passionate about family and enjoys traveling with his wife, Heather, and their five children.
