Richard Goss

Richard Goss is an Executive Vice President in Higginbotham’s Dealer Services practice, specializing in Finance & Insurance (F&I). He joined the company in 2019 through a partnership with The Underwriters Group. During his time at The Underwriters Group, Richard worked as a Finance and Insurance Executive and as the Director of F&I Accounts.

In his role, Richard has numerous responsibilities, including developing and implementing national strategies for finance and insurance, driving F&I sales, helping team members with training and managing relationships between vendors.

Richard’s personal philosophy is based on this quote: “Winning is not defined by closing the deal. It is defined by keeping your promises, creating value and building trust.”

Richard attended the University of Louisville, where he received a bachelor’s degree. For numerous years, he coached youth and middle school football. Richard has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 30 years. Together, they have three amazing children.
