Mike Simon

Mike Simon serves as Managing Director at Higginbotham’s Waco office and brokers property and casualty insurance, primarily for commercial clients. As a Managing Director, he helps guide the firm’s strategy and drives growth in both client and team talent.

His approach to relationship-building is rooted in honesty and transparency, and he leverages Higginbotham’s preferred carrier partners to deliver the best possible risk consultation, coverage and terms for his clients.

Mike joined Higginbotham through a partnership with Sun Belt Insurance in 2008. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Baylor University.
