Michael Pagano

Michael Pagano specializes in total cost of risk for mid-size to large commercial accounts and designs tailored, effective risk management solutions. With strong service being his hallmark, his clients know they can depend on him to provide honest, insightful advice and that he is accessible and responsive.

He joined Stahl & Associates more than 30 years ago and became a valued member of the Higginbotham family when Stahl & Associates partnered with Higginbotham in 2023. Michael’s knowledge is deep, and Higginbotham’s reach in Florida is wide, serving clients across the construction, manufacturing, nonprofit/social services, hospitality and health care industries.

Michael has an Associate of Arts in Business from St. Petersburg College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.
