Gray Holden

Gray Holden is a Managing Director at Higginbotham, having joined the organization in 2017. He is also the national leader of Higginbotham’s management liability, cyber and financial institutions practices and an essential member of the Higginbotham Complex Account Strategy Team.

Gray’s primary focus is management and executive liability, professional liability, cyber risk and non-standard financial coverage. He also has extensive experience working with publicly traded companies, private equity firms and private and not-for-profit organizations of all sizes.

Before joining Higginbotham, Gray was President and Managing Partner for Willis of Oklahoma. He has an extensive background in leadership, business management, insurance, consulting, underwriting and business development with large organizations like Willis, Marsh, Chubb and Hub International.

Gray received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1992. In addition to his degree, he has specialized training in surety, management liability and other financial-related coverages.
