He is dedicated to truly understanding each client’s needs, preferences, concerns and challenges, valuing their perspectives to help them make informed decisions.

As Managing Director of the Employee Benefits division in Dallas, Ford partners with both current and prospective clients to evaluate, design and administer employee benefits programs that balance cost-effectiveness and compliance. His expertise and consultative approach have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and valued partner.

Ford graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in health care business and began his insurance career at Higginbotham in 2016. Since then, he has worked closely with HR and C-suite leaders to create long-term strategies aimed at improving cost management and employee satisfaction through tailored benefits programs.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ford has been an active volunteer at the Genesis Women’s Shelter and Support for nearly a decade. He also supports the Touchdown Club of Dallas, which benefits The Ashford Rise School and students with Down syndrome, and he has served on the event committee for Rise Round Up.

Ford is married, has two children and shares his home with two Labrador Retrievers.
