Casey Chastain

Casey Chastain is Managing Director for Higginbotham’s Missouri offices, where he leads the commercial lines team. He joined the team in 2022 through a partnership with Connell Insurance, and continues to serve public entities, social services and nonprofit organizations, working to protect vulnerable citizens who often do not receive the attention they deserve.

He delivers proactive guidance to his clients, advising on risk and implementing Day Two Services®, a proprietary offering from Higginbotham that encompasses continuous services and support for active policies. Casey’s efforts have helped his clients achieve significant savings across programs, classifications and audits.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Casey has been a guest lecturer at Missouri State University, where he has discussed marketing and insurance for more than 15 years. He is also the Chairman of Back to School 417, a nonprofit he founded with Higginbotham teammates to provide clothes and shoes for children in the area. The organization raised over $8,000 in its first year.

Casey has a bachelor’s in marketing and sales management from Missouri State University.
