Shane Smith

Shane Smith knows that you can’t become a true partner to a client until they trust that you have their best interests in mind. This knowledge, combined with the understanding that his clients are placing their most important assets in his hands, fuels his desire to deliver high-quality solutions and customer service they can rely on. He helps clients procure and maintain a tailored commercial insurance program that meets their unique needs.

Before joining Higginbotham, Shane was a strategic account manager at Milwaukee Electric Tool, building relationships to drive long-term value. Shane has a broad range of expertise, including senior living, nonprofits and real estate. With family roots in construction, his early years were spent building a book of construction business that he still maintains.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University. His greatest roles are being “husband” to his wife, Stephanie, and “dad” to his three children, Adeline, Adam and Audrie. As a family, they enjoy traveling, school sports and watching Arkansas Razorbacks athletics.
