His approach is accessible, proactive and solution-oriented, helping to ensure his clients feel supported and confident when making important benefits decisions. Whether resolving issues, guiding strategy or cutting through complexity, his goal is to make his clients’ jobs easier and help them achieve successful outcomes.

He is also active in his community, volunteering as a mentor for Academy 4 at Maudrie M. Walton Elementary in East Fort Worth and as a member of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce.
When he’s not with clients, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Loran, and their two children, Lucas and Laney. Whether they’re traveling, exploring new experiences or simply enjoying time together, family is his greatest priority. He’s also passionate about fitness, live music and sneakers, which keep him active and inspired outside of work.
