Willis Spurlock

At Higginbotham, Willis Spurlock develops and manages commercial insurance relationships and advises clients on risk management and coverage strategy. He partners with clients to understand their operations, exposures and growth plans, then designs tailored property and casualty insurance programs that align with their business goals.

As a trusted advisor to his clients, Willis focuses on proactive risk management, identifying coverage gaps, cost efficiencies and alternative strategies that support long-term business stability. He works with clients year-round, not just at renewal, to anticipate changes in operations, market conditions and regulatory environments. By combining technical insurance expertise with a deep understanding of each client’s industry, he helps his clients to make informed decisions, control costs and feel confident that their insurance program protects their balance sheet.

Willis earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University in 2018. Outside the office, he volunteers with Hogs for the Cause, a nonprofit organization supporting pediatric brain cancer research.
