Will Warren

In his role at Higginbotham, Will Warren provides strategic benefits advisory services that are aligned with the business goals and workforce culture of his clients. His expertise includes plan design, funding strategies, market placement, carrier negotiations, compliance guidance, data analysis, vendor evaluation and employee advocacy.

Before joining the firm in 2026, Will served as Senior Vice President and Partner at USI for seven years and as Vice President at Scorpion Healthcare for three years. He believes in treating every client as unique, being available whenever needed and leading with proactive education so that clients feel informed, supported and confident in the delivery of high-quality, affordable care.

Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas Christian University, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Capella University and a Master of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University. He is active in his community, volunteering at the Tarrant Area Food Bank, Minnie’s Food Pantry and the ASPCA, and serving as Green Chalice at Ridglea Christian Church, Stars & Stripes Committee member for the Town of Trophy Club and a member of Christian Community Action.

Will and his wife, Lindsey, have two daughters, Evie and Alice, who are students and athletes. The family attends Creekwood Christian Church in Flower Mound. In their free time, they enjoy Galveston, the Texas Hill Country, outdoor activities and time with their three dogs. When he has a moment to himself, Will also enjoys hunting and writing.
