Wes Snow

Wes Snow joined Higginbotham in 2015, bringing a strong finance background from tenures at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs & Co. to support the firm’s financial efforts, including financial reporting, investor and capital partner relationships and new partnership strategy. He established himself as a vital member of Higginbotham’s executive team, rising from Assistant Vice President of Finance to Managing Director of Finance in just five years. Now, as Chief Financial Officer, he serves as the connective link between Higginbotham’s operations, business line leaders and financial accounting team.

Today, Wes collaborates with Higginbotham leadership, including the CEO and business line presidents, to develop and execute strategic plans across those business lines. He also continues to play a significant role in the firm’s M&A strategy.

Wes has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a master’s degree in accounting from Texas Christian University. Wes is an active member of the Council of Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers and the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas.
