Tyler Bonilla

Tyler Bonilla is an Executive Vice President at Higginbotham. With over 10 years of experience, he has a passion for helping groups navigate the challenges of the health care industry. Consulting across the entire HR and company landscape is where he focuses his efforts.

As an Executive VP, Tyler acts as the liaison between our carriers and clients. He ensures that his clients are receiving a custom benefits package that meets the needs of their employees. In an industry that is regulated, Tyler believes that it is pivotal to show his clients the value of working with Higginbotham throughout the year, not just placing insurance. He wants employees and organizations to have positive experiences when they think of insurance. Tyler believes that by being accessible and there for them every step of the process, his clients turn into more families and less like just another business.

Before entering the workforce, Tyler attended Texas Christian University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication. While there, he double minored in theatre and business.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys raising his two boys, coaching/playing sports and staying active in his church. He is also involved with Sports for Exceptional Athletes and Young Life.
