Troy Ahrens

Troy Ahrens has been evaluating employee benefits packages and advising his clients on better solutions since 1995.

He was a founding partner of Austin-based Capital Benefits Group, a provider of personal insurance services, and he has become a trusted resource for corporations navigating the complex health insurance environment.

Troy joined Higginbotham in 2014 when Capital Benefits Group partnered with the leading brokerage firm and quickly added property and casualty insurance to his service offering. Today, he oversees a dedicated in-house sales team to provide risk management solutions and full-service benefits administration to clients.
