Toni Melton

Toni Melton is a Managing Director at Higginbotham, where she oversees the design of innovative benefits plans for large and midmarket groups, with a focus on regional banks and water supply districts. She joined Higginbotham through a partnership with Capps Insurance in 2016. Prior to becoming a Managing Director, Toni was an Executive Vice President.

When it comes to her philosophy on client service, Toni finds it important to always consider how the plans she suggests will impact the lives of employees and their dependents. She also strives to help employers offer the best benefit options available at the most cost-effective pricing.

Prior to entering the workforce, Toni attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. While in college, she was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority and the American Marketing Association.

Toni has been married to her husband, Lewis Melton, for more than 25 years. Together, they have two sons, Brett and Tyler. She also has three grandchildren.
