Tom Cress founded Cress Insurance Group in 1982 to provide independent commercial and personal property/casualty insurance and employee benefits services to businesses throughout New Mexico.
When Cress Insurance joined Higginbotham in 2023, he expanded the agency’s scope of service to offer more coverage options to his 2,500-plus clients.
Tom is active in his community, volunteering at the ALS Association and Special Olympics, and formerly serving as a board member at Carrie Tingley Hospital. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Mexico.
