Tommy Ross

Tommy Ross joined Higginbotham in 2024 through a partnership with Ross Insurance Agency, which he founded to specialize in home, life, auto and commercial insurance.

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tommy is deeply committed to serving Central Texans with personalized, client-focused insurance solutions. He caters primarily to private clients, emphasizing exceptional customer service and tailored coverage. Tommy leads a dedicated team that includes employee benefits, personal insurance and commercial insurance associates and account managers. In addition to his management role, he also continues to grow his book of business while ensuring that his clients receive the attention and expertise they deserve.

Before turning to insurance, Tommy worked as a national account manager at Hollister Incorporated, where he honed his customer service and sales expertise. This background in building strong, client-centered relationships has shaped his approach to insurance, where he puts the client’s needs first.

A graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a degree in business administration and management, Tommy is deeply involved in his community and church. He and his wife, Brandi, are active members of First Baptist Woodway, where they support missions and serve on multiple committees. They also facilitate young, engaged couples through Legacy Family Ministries. Outside of work, Tommy is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
