Tom Hayes

With over 30 years of employee benefits and insurance industry experience, Tom Hayes had his hand in building top-performing sales organizations, transforming passive ones, and delivering high-impact top and bottom-line results. Through his work with various companies, Tom developed a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits, emerging trends and effective sales strategies.

Before joining Higginbotham in 2025, Tom was with McGriff for 16 years, rising to the rank of National Sales & Growth Leader for Employee Benefits. He also worked with Regions Insurance Group, Legacy Capital Group/NFP and United Healthcare.

Tom attended the University of Central Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. His other accolades include him being a Certified PPACA Professional, a Registered Health Underwriter, a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant and a Leader at All Levels graduate.
