Stacy Trammell

Stacy is a Managing Director of Employee Benefits at Higginbotham, where she serves as a trusted strategic advisor to her clients. She manages a significant portfolio of business and cultivates long-term partnerships built on accountability, transparent communication, and measurable results.

She approaches every client as a true partner and extension of the team, delivering proactive guidance and strategic insight to design benefits programs that are competitive, compliant and cost-effective. Her focus is on bringing clarity and stability to complex decisions, allowing organizations to confidently support their people while staying aligned with business goals.

Stacy began her career with Higginbotham in 1999 as a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager and transitioned to Employee Benefits in 2004. She served as an Account Executive before moving into a production role in 2014. In 2018, Stacy advanced to her current leadership position, where she partners with clients to develop and execute strategic benefits solutions. She holds a General Lines license.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is married with two adult children.
