Sharon Posman

As a Managing Director specializing in personal insurance, Sharon Posman partners with wealth advisors, private bankers and other financial professionals across the United States, providing personal risk management to their high-net-worth clients. Sharon and her team create comprehensive programs to help preserve assets, support multistate homeownership and maximize wealth management.

Sharon joined Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance in 1999, and in 2021, the agency partnered with Higginbotham. Today, she applies her expertise to serve her clients, support her Higginbotham teammates and benefit her community.

An alumna of Middle Tennessee State University, Sharon holds a degree in business administration. She is a former board member for the March of Dimes Memphis Chapter and a two-time board member for Girls Inc. of Memphis, where she received the SMART Award in 2023 for exemplifying leadership and positive contributions to her community.
