Shaina Miller

As leader of the Houston South Employee Benefits department, Shaina Miller oversees services to national and international employers across private and public sectors with workforce sizes ranging from fewer than 50 to more than 1,000 employees.

She is deeply committed to helping her clients navigate the complex and ever-changing landscape of employee benefits, empowering them to achieve their objectives and optimize their results. She also mentors and develops her team of account managers and service coordinators to ensure they deliver excellent client service. As the region’s Sales Director, Shaina also focuses on ensuring the success of new team members, providing them with the necessary tools, training and support needed to thrive while fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement within the team.

Having honed her skills during her six years as an account manager and through various roles within the employee benefits sector, Shaina understands the importance of customized, innovative solutions. She prioritizes each client’s needs to provide tailored benefit solutions that exceed their expectations. She leverages her background and abilities to problem-solve and think creatively, delivering value through custom benefits packages that promote employee satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s success.
