Rusty Chambers

Rusty Chambers brings more than three decades of insurance experience to Higginbotham, specializing in employee benefits and risk management. He also has an extensive background in self-funding, captive build-outs, captive providers and level-funded and fully insured plans.

As a Managing Director and Specialty Practice Leader for Higginbotham’s Transportation and Manufacturing Practice, he focuses on sales production and office management. He believes in acting as an extension of a client’s executive team, balancing corporate cost containment with employee retention in a proactive environment.

Rusty received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Arkansas State University in 1989. He joined Higginbotham through a partnership with his former agency.
