Bob Bodolay

With over 35 years of experience in the group health and welfare benefits sector, Bob Bodolay is a seasoned benefits professional specializing in utilization and claims analysis, plan design and fully insured and self-funded employee benefits solutions.

His extensive knowledge encompasses Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Health Savings Accounts and the design and execution of wellness programs and web-based benefits administration solutions. Bob works closely with employers whose workforces are unionized, advising them on network strategy and state compliance.

Bob embodies Higginbotham’s core value of “generous to our communities” by actively serving the Downtown Rotary Club and South Lakeland Rotary Club, contributing to Gospel Inc., which provides housing for the chronically homeless, and supporting the Peace River Center and Lighthouse Ministries. He is a former president of the Santa Fe Catholic High School Board.
