Rob Fraiche

Rob Fraiche is a commercial property/casualty insurance broker and risk consultant with more than two decades of experience serving all business sectors. He helps companies identify their exposures and develop strategies to protect them and mitigate risk.

Rob began his career in marketing at Coca-Cola and later became the marketing director at Whataburger. In 2003, he joined Swantner & Gordon to start a career in insurance as a broker. After years of growth, Swantner & Gordon merged with Higginbotham in 2010, and Rob assumed responsibility for production management of Higginbotham’s southern offices in addition to his role as a broker. In 2014, Higginbotham made him the managing partner of the firm’s coastal region, followed by chairman of Higginbotham’s Managing Partner Group in 2019. Now, Rob serves as Chief Managing Partner, a role designed to streamline managing partner responsibilities while preserving and cultivating Higginbotham’s unique culture across a growing footprint.

He is a seasoned executive who has made meaningful contributions to industry and civic organizations throughout his career, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership.

A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Rob lives with his wife of nearly 30 years, Tracy, in Corpus Christi. The couple enjoys traveling (often with their adult children) and exploring new destinations worldwide. Rob is also an avid golfer and values time on the course to relax and connect with others.
