Robert Causey

Rob Causey is a Managing Director in Dallas, Texas. He leads a specialized team that offers self-funded solutions, including captives, within the health insurance market.

With a background comprising a unique combination of financial accounting and underwriting, Rob excels in providing comprehensive, compliant solutions that are tailored to help ensure long-term economic success for his clients.

Before joining Higginbotham in 1999, Rob was Vice President at Alexander & Alexander for 10 years and at Aon for 3 years, overseeing health and welfare consulting.

The Mississippi State University alumnus is dedicated to his clients and his community, serving on the board of directors at the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce and the Benevolence Board of Northwest Bible Church and supporting the Genesis Women’s Shelter and Youth Equipped to Succeed (YES).
