Richard Peace

Richard Peace joined Higginbotham through a partnership with Financial Benefit Services (now Higginbotham Public Sector), an employee benefits firm specializing in the public school market. He manages the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and product selection for clients while overseeing a team of account managers, client service representatives and billing representatives.

As Managing Director, Richard also facilitates the onboarding process for new clients, leads strategic discussions for future benefit plan enhancements and cultivates new client relationships. He says his mission is to ensure that his clients and their employees understand their benefits offerings and recognize the value in them. Richard approaches every client interaction and project with a servant attitude, always putting the needs of his clients and their employees first.
