Quentin Spitzer

Quentin Spitzer is a Managing Director at Higginbotham. He joined the company in 2020 through its partnership with Captive Insurance Group.

In his role, Quentin helps to oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, underwriting and claims, corporate governance and service provider coordination for Higginbotham’s captive insurance practice. Quentin believes that every client interaction is an opportunity to provide clarity, support and tailored solutions that enhance their risk management strategy.

Quentin attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law), where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. During his time there, he was part of the law review. Prior to his work at Captive Insurance Group, Quentin worked as counsel at ExxonMobil for 10 years.

Outside of the office, Quentin volunteers at his church by leading youth groups, participating in service activities and helping others.
