Parker Holt is a Managing Director and leader of Higginbotham’s Crane and Rigging and Construction Specialty Practices. He develops and implements enterprise risk management strategies while maintaining strong relationships with key underwriting and wholesale insurance carrier partners.
Parker’s tenure at the firm reflects a steady rise through the ranks, ascending from Vice President to Executive Vice President to his current role as Managing Director. That progression speaks to both his industry experience and his commitment to clients.
His service philosophy is “whatever it takes.” In today’s hard-to-ultra-hard casualty market, clients face real and lasting pressure, and competition is fierce. Parker believes that winning and retaining business demands creativity, persistence and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing, both ethically and professionally.
Parker earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in 1991, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta and the TCU Lariats. Outside of work, he stays actively involved in the industries he serves as a member of the Texas Crane Owners Association (TCOA), Central Texas Contractors Association and Texas Construction Association.
