Specializing in property, casualty, life and health insurance, Norman offers expertise in risk management and employee benefits to businesses and individuals.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in marketing, Norman brings a client-first approach to his work, ensuring that every solution is tailored to mitigate risks and protect assets. Prior to joining Higginbotham following the 2016 partnership with Capps Insurance, Norman was a key member of the Capps Insurance team, where he helped manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market businesses across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. His clientele includes a strong concentration of water and wastewater utility providers and transportation companies, sectors that Norman continues to serve today.
