Mark Vann

Mark Vann is a Managing Director at Higginbotham, where he has been a leader in employee benefits since joining the company in 1997. With a focus on employee benefits, he works closely with C-suite executives, HR departments and employees to develop innovative solutions that balance financial efficiency with comprehensive benefits.

Mark understands that the health care system is complex and unique to each organization. As a partner-based consultant, he is committed to identifying the most cost-effective strategies for his clients. Whether optimizing IT, payroll, benefits funding or pharmacy spend management, Mark and his team examine every avenue to help businesses maximize value while maintaining quality care for employees.

A graduate of Baylor University, Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1987. He is an active member of Fort Worth Underwriters and holds a professional license relevant to his role.

Mark has been happily married for over 30 years and is the proud father of three children, Keaton, Kileigh and Kass. He also enjoys time with his daughter-in-law, Callie, son-in-law, Riley, and his granddaughter, Wallace.
