As a Managing Director and personal lines associate at Higginbotham, Leash specializes in solutions for private clients and middle-market businesses. Leash joined Higginbotham in 2023 through a partnership with Agency Yu, the agency he founded in 2002 as part of the Iscential umbrella.

A Texas A&M University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution, Leash serves on the Speakers Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He and his wife, Wendy, have two daughters.
