With more than a decade of service in the public sector benefits space, Kylor began his career at Financial Benefit Services in 2014 before joining Higginbotham Public Sector following its partnership with Higginbotham in 2022. His deep familiarity with the unique challenges facing school districts has made him a go-to resource for administrators navigating complex benefits decisions.
