Koby Hackradt

As Chief Operating Officer for the Employee Benefits division, Koby oversees account-facing functions such as operations management, account service and Day Two Services®, Higginbotham’s unrivaled customer support, compliance and risk management program that runs through the life of each policy.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Koby is one of Higginbotham’s top-performing employee benefits brokers. He specializes in designing health and welfare plans for mid-to-large employers and is a trusted advisor for cost containment strategies and Affordable Care Act compliance.

Koby began his career in 1998 at Unum as a Senior Account Executive specializing in executive disability and long-term care. He later joined Tandem Benefits as a Principal and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Consulting when Univers Workplace Solutions acquired the company. In this role, he honed his skills in enrollment and communication strategies for national accounts, talents that he demonstrates on behalf of Higginbotham’s clients today. Koby has a bachelor’s degree in journalism/communications from Texas A&M University.
