Jon Lee

Jon Lee is a Managing Director at Higginbotham, bringing over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined the company through its partnership with Marshall Young Insurance Agency, where he had been since 2010.

In his role, Jon represents the agency within the community, markets its services to businesses and ensures that clients receive the education they need to make informed decisions about their risk management strategies. By fostering deep client engagement and offering strategic guidance, he helps businesses mitigate risk and achieve long-term success.

Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Jon worked as a consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick and Merrill Lynch, where he gained valuable expertise in financial and operational strategy. After his time at KPMG Peat Marwick and Merrill Lynch, Jon served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years. Jon earned his MBA from Texas Christian University in 2013.

Jon’s leadership extends beyond business, as he remains actively involved in initiatives that contribute to local economic growth and educational advancement. Jon has served on the boards of the Cleburne Economic Development Foundation and the Cleburne Education Foundation.
