John joined Higginbotham through a partnership with Madison Benefits Group, where he had been an influential colleague since 1996. His approach to client service is rooted in honesty, hard work and a commitment to putting his clients first. By delivering tailored strategies and guidance, he helps businesses navigate the complexities of employee benefits with confidence.

A graduate of the University of Houston, John holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History. He has been married for over 25 years and is the proud father of three daughters. Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, mountain biking and skiing in his free time.
