John Ledebur serves as a Managing Director in Higginbotham’s Public Sector practice, a specialized division that provides comprehensive insurance and employee benefits solutions tailored to education and government clients.

With more than 25 years of experience designing robust benefit packages, including medical, dental, vision, disability, cancer and heart and stroke plans, John consistently delivers valuable solutions to his clients. His expertise also extends to integrating Section 125 cafeteria plans, retirement programs and online benefit enrollment solutions into his offerings, helping to ensure a seamless, all-encompassing benefits strategy.

John’s primary objective is to empower clients to maximize the impact of their benefits. His dedication to this goal is matched only by his unwavering commitment to exceptional service, making him a trusted advisor and valued partner to his clients.

John began his insurance career at MGM in 2001, then transitioned to Financial Benefit Services (FBS) and ultimately joined Higginbotham in 2021 after FBS partnered with Higginbotham.
