Joel Solomon

Joel H. Solomon has transformed the financial services landscape throughout his more than 40-year career. He created key financial models like the ParadigmPlan™, the PRSPlan™ and TheRoadmap™, which are now used by some of the largest financial institutions in the country and hundreds of financial professionals.

Throughout his career, Joel has served over 4,000 individuals, privately held companies and publicly traded firms. He has spoken at many nationwide events catering to industry professionals and tax advisors and has authored articles on a wide spectrum of financial subjects, ranging from retirement asset sequencing to professional practice management issues. He also runs TheSolomonSchool, a training program that has upskilled more than 3,800 financial professionals since 2006. His certifications include Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

Dedicated to giving back, Joel supports various charities, including the South Florida PGA Golf Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and City of Hope. Residing in Newport Beach and Palm Desert, he cherishes time spent with his wife Nancy, daughters Sloane and Paige and grandson Rex, as well as their beloved rescue pit bulls, Archie and Buttercup.
