James Klein

As Managing Director, James Klein is a seasoned specialist in employee benefits, helping businesses and their employees navigate the complexities of the health care system. He focuses on delivering tailored strategies that protect against the risk of accidents, illnesses and high-cost claims while staying aligned with each client’s goals, needs and budget.

James also serves as a Regional Sales Director at Higginbotham. In this role, he oversees the onboarding and training of newly hired associates, equipping them with the tools, strategies and mentorship needed to succeed.

Before joining Higginbotham, James was President of Old Trinity Partners, LLC, where he owned and operated 14 retail franchise locations across Texas.
