James Hoffman

James specializes in employee benefits programs and finding unique solutions to his clients’ needs and business objectives. His portfolio encompasses clients ranging in size from 50 to 2,000 employees that utilize all types of group benefits plans and funding arrangements, including captive and self-insurance, as well as fully insured and level-funded products.

James embodies the people-centric culture of Higginbotham and works diligently to be accessible and responsive to his clients.

He has been with Higginbotham since 2019, serving as Vice President of Employee Benefits from 2019-2023 and currently as Managing Director – Employee Benefits, working with employers of all sizes and employee needs.
