Dudley Ray

Dudley Ray specializes in negotiating unique insurance programs for the construction industry. He helps manage the commercial insurance operations in Higginbotham’s Houston office while also managing his own book of business. He has had success designing programs that are not readily available to most. He also advises clients on risk management.

In 2002, Dudley was named Partner of Swantner & Gordon Insurance Agency, which later became part of Higginbotham in 2010.

Dudley regularly contributes to professional organizations, including serving on the executive committee of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. He is the past president and former board member for the Independent Insurance Agents of Houston and branch chairman of CNA High Performance Agents Houston. Dudley is a board member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and volunteers with Literacy Now. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Sam Houston State University.
